BlueDri Dehumidifiers: BD-76 & BD-130 Specs, Differences & Data Conflicts

The table deliberately does not put 130 or 105 into the BD-130 AHAM cell as if one were verified. That distinction matters because AHAM is the field used by the site's dehumidifier Finder and target-capacity planner.

BD-76 has the cleaner current specification set

The current BD-76 manufacturer page publishes 76 PPD AHAM at 80°F / 60% RH, 150 PPD at saturation conditions, 235 CFM maximum process air and 7.3A. It also publishes an 81 lb weight, 20 × 19 × 32 inch chassis, R410A refrigerant, automatic water pump, auto restart, hour counter, RH/temperature sensors and a 33–100°F operating range.

Those fields are consistent enough for BD-76 to remain eligible in the Dehumidifier Finder. Its one documented current-source conflict is the cord length, which does not affect capacity matching.

BD-76 cord length is still inconsistent on the same page

The main specification text currently says the BD-76 has a 25-foot power cord. The Product Specs block on that same page says 10 feet. Because both statements are current and manufacturer-published, Restoration Select keeps cord length blank rather than hiding the discrepancy.

This is a good example of a conflict that should be visible but should not disqualify the whole product from a Finder. A restoration contractor choosing by AHAM, process air, amps and weight can still use the verified fields.

BD-130's AHAM conflict is much more important

The current BD-130 product description says the machine removes 225 PPD at saturation and 130 PPD AHAM. The Features section on the same current page says 225 PPD at saturation and 105 PPD AHAM. That is not a rounding difference; it would materially change fleet-capacity calculations.

Restoration Select therefore stores BD-130 AHAM as unknown and keeps the record out of deterministic dehumidifier Finder matching. The site does not resolve the conflict by using the model number as evidence for 130 PPD.

Useful BD-130 information still remains

The AHAM conflict does not erase every other field. BlueDri currently publishes 225 PPD saturation, 97 lb weight, 28 × 19.7 × 17 inch dimensions, roto-molded construction, automatic water pump, auto restart, hour counter and RH/temperature sensors.

Those facts can help a visitor understand the equipment format and compare physical handling. They simply cannot substitute for a verified AHAM capacity.

BD-76 vs BD-130 is not a normal capacity ladder yet

It would be tempting to describe BD-76 as the smaller 76-AHAM machine and BD-130 as a larger 130-AHAM machine. The current source conflict makes that framing too confident. The correct comparison today is: BD-76 has a verified 76 PPD AHAM value; BD-130 has a larger 225 PPD saturation figure and larger chassis, but its common-condition AHAM value is unresolved.

BlueDri also currently lists a separate DH76 model

BlueDri's current catalog includes DH76 in addition to BD-76. The manufacturer describes DH76 as a 76 PPD AHAM / 150 PPD saturation LGR dehumidifier with a different 66 lb chassis and 6.5A draw. Restoration Select has not silently merged DH76 into the existing BD-76 record because the model identity, physical specifications and electrical data are different.

Until DH76 goes through the same exact-product normalization workflow, it remains outside the Finder and Compare dataset.

Use the Finder for verified capacity requirements

The Commercial Dehumidifier Finder can use BD-76 because its core AHAM, airflow, amp and weight fields are verified. BD-130 is intentionally held. That means a visitor entering a minimum AHAM requirement is not unknowingly matched against an unresolved capacity number.

Use Compare when you want to see the uncertainty itself

The Commercial Dehumidifier Compare tool can show current exact records without turning unknowns into zeros. That is useful when comparing BlueDri with Dri-Eaz, AlorAir or Phoenix and you want the unresolved fields to remain visible.

Current shopping path is separate from the data conflict

Restoration Select has an approved broad BlueDri restoration-equipment route and an exact BD-130 Amazon identity. That commerce evidence does not resolve the AHAM conflict and does not make BD-130 eligible for the technical Finder.
